As a family-run business, we have a reputation for quality and reliability. We are also fully trained and qualified to the highest professional standard. Having worked with a wide range of structural steels, we provide bespoke fabrications for a variety of projects.
Our extensive workshop is home to several pieces of machinery and equipment. With a 5 tonne overhead crane, 3 tonne forklift and an 11 tonne onsite forklift, we have the capacity to handle anything you need.
We are CITB, IPAF and PASMA registered professionals.

CE Marking
Marking to BS EN 1090-1 became a legal requirement for all structural steel fabrications in July 2014. At MK Steelworks, we are fully compliant with this legislation and all products we fabricate are CE Marked. This ensures that all structural steel is safety critical, and all manufacturing is carried out in a controlled manner. Our work is to UKCA CE BS EN 1090 Execution Class 3.
All our welding activities are controlled by a responsible welding coordinator. Furthermore, we hold the appropriate training certificates to prove that we are fully competent.
